Child Safety Standards — Meetsies

Meetsies is committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users. The following standards govern our approach to child safety and apply to all users of the Meetsies app and services.
1. Age Requirement
Meetsies is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or use our services. During registration, users are required to confirm they meet the minimum age requirement.
If we learn or have reason to believe that a user is under 18, we will immediately suspend and delete that account along with any associated data.
2. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Meetsies has a strict zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. The following content and behaviors are absolutely prohibited on our platform:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — including any image, video, or other content that sexually exploits or depicts a minor
- Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
- Sharing, distributing, requesting, or facilitating the distribution of any material that sexually exploits children
- Using the Meetsies platform to locate, contact, or exploit minors in any way
- Any content or conduct that facilitates trafficking, abuse, or exploitation of children
- Violations of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination. We will report confirmed CSAE activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
3. Reporting
If you encounter any content or behavior on Meetsies that you believe involves the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child, please report it immediately:

missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline or contact your local law enforcement.
4. Enforcement
Meetsies monitors the platform for violations of these standards and takes swift action in response to reports. Our enforcement measures include:
Immediate suspension or permanent ban of offending accounts
- Removal of violating content
- Reporting to NCMEC and cooperating with law enforcement investigations
- Preservation of relevant evidence as required by law
